A: The purpose of HomeLab is not to diagnose specific diseases. HomeLab is designed to help to assess your health status regardless of whether or not you are sick at the time that you use it. Sometimes this assessment is called pre-nosologic diagnostics but this definition is not entirely accurate.
A.: Everybody can and should monitor their health at home. The purpose of such monitoring is to detect early signs of disease in order to prevent it.
A.: The HomeLab system or simply HomeLab consists of the Homelab-platform, the Homelab-app and peripheral devices for gathering vital sign metrics. The HomeLab system includes hardware and software for personal health self-examination at home in order to evaluate and monitor personal health risks.
A.: The major benefit of HomeLab use is personal monitoring of your health which can predict an approaching “critical point” and refer you to the doctor at the right moment.
A.: The processing of data collected over time is key to  predictive analytics. Our analyses take into account all of your previous measurements. This means that more measurements will produce more data for analyses and will provide more accurate results.
A. HomeLab users work with the HomeLab app collecting objective and subjective information about their healthon a regular basis. After every session HomeLab analyses the data and evaluates the personal health risks.

A.: All HomeLab technologies are intended for users without special medical training. The user has to just follow simple instructions.
A.: You will have a health risk evaluation, a visual presentation of your stress-adaptation balance and recommendations.
A.: HomeLab is designed not as an alternative to medical professionals but as an “aid” to them.
Therefore, HomeLab is not intended to set any clinical diagnoses but to refer you to the doctor at the right moment even when the symptoms of the disease are not obvious. You will also have information regarding changes in your health risk status regardless of whether the changes are “positive” or “negative”.
A: HRV (heart Rate Variability) is a widely used term for heart beat-to-beat variation. The time between adjacent beats isn’t the same; it changes. This beat-to beat variation isn’t an abnormality like, for example, ventricular arrhythmia. It’s a physiological process which represents the quality of regulatory mechanisms in the body. The HRV module is intended for the assessment of these regulatory mechanisms. The quality of regulatory mechanisms is directly linked to what we call health levels.
A.:The HomeLab services are intended for healthy people, for people with chronic conditions, and for people in the recovery stage following disease or surgery.
A.: HRV analysis doesn’t work for patients with implanted cardio pacemakers.
A.: You can use HomeLab; however pregnancy is a stressful period and some misinterpretations are possible. You can contact us for a more detailed analysis of your personal situation.
A.: The current version of HomeLab supports use by adults (18+) only.
A version for younger patients is a work in progress.
A.: Yes, we plan to soon finish the development of the HomeLab app compatible with Android OS and iOS for smart-phones and tablets. Some applications will be accessible on PC.
A.: There are a number of new modules in our plans. the “Dynamics” – Health Tracking Module, the “Blood Pressure” Module, and the “I go to the doctor” Module to name a few.
A.: You can use any finger except the thumb. For stable results, we recommend that you use the same finger of the same hand for all measurements.
A.: We recommend warming-up your hands in a natural way. Don’t use hot water for this.
A.: Yes, it can be a problem. In this case, try to turn the PulseWave Device to 90 degrees.

A.: All QuantiHealth Club members are billed on a monthly basis. There is no refund for the monthly fees. But you can use the HomeLab services up to the date that you paid for.
A.: Yes, you are eligible for a full refund if you claim the refund within 3 months of the date of subscription. To start the refund process, email us at support@theQuantiHealth.com .
A.: The warranty period for new hardware is 12 months from the date of the subscription.
